Accessible Event Edits

Every event sends a message about who is welcome. Accessible event planning helps ensure that message is inclusive from the start. We work with organizers to thoughtfully design events where access is built in, not added on later.

Our approach looks at the full guest experience, including venue selection, transportation, seating, communications, food and dining, wayfinding and signage, and more. The process includes a site visit and practical, tailored recommendations to support meaningful participation for all attendees.

Services are priced according to the size and complexity of the event, with a minimum engagement of five hours.
